Great stay at Wombat's City London hostel!!! The reception team is very friendly, lenient with regard to language, and very cheerful. Special mention for the breakfast: very complete and very delicious, a real treat. The rooms are clean and spacious (we were in an 8-bed dormitory). No worries about noise: we were lucky to have respectful neighbors. The presence of blackout curtains is very nice, as is the possibility of charging your phone in bed. Ready to book again for a next stay! The French Girls. Béatrice and Gaëlle.
Pleasant environment, various services offered, cleanliness of the premises almost impeccable, helpful staff. Magnificent setting for the bar. Our room was spacious enough, the private bathroom pleasant (hot water, wc, window). What minus me more: - mattress not protected by a cover below our sheet - pillow too thin and soft -our room (001) was above the bar: a bit noisy - the water in the shower did not drain quickly enough so that the water could go to the bedroom floor (a squeegee would have served us well) -Oven not mentioned in the description of the kitchen (I think I may have read it wrong) Basically: we had a pleasant stay!
I really enjoyed my stay with you! I have a few recommendations for room 13 in particular. If it were possible to install a soap dispenser near the dormitory sink and a mirror near the electrical outlet near the window, that would be really handy. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. Thanks again for your welcome!
