After COVID (not at all respected) inappropriate kitchen for a group size of obsolete fridges, (obligation of two evening meals in the restaurant outside not budgeted for our stays) two dormitories would have been preferable we did not think we had to sleep with the men the staff in general was very knowledgeable and gracious unlike claiming to be responsible (obnoxious rude austere) another thing that shocked me we asked for a refund for a person who had a cardiac arrest 2 weeks before our 1st stay that we had been refused (we call it force majeure when we are human) I found this establishment greedy for money only not for humanity We will not come back The president Mrs Ducaud

Very thankful the wifi is good, especially if you mom is like mine. LOL.. Everything about the hotel is great, to be honest. Will def go back!
