Good for small budget and small expectations.
The places are moderately clean ... The bathroom door did not close ... The dormitory is just fine for sleeping. The kitchen is inoperative (no hotplate, no cutlery, no pans and so on) only a fridge and a microwave. The apartments are not too badly located in Vienna (30min walk to the center and otherwise nearby transport which takes you there in 15min), very close to the Belvedere and its garden.

The hotel is right at the barbes stop, an area with a lot of movement, be careful with mobile phones and photo cameras, it is a very popular area, friendly staff only speak English and French, old facilities there is no elevator if you carry suitcases
