A pleasant surprise in Florence. Hostel near the station, located on the banks of the Arno, therefore easy to locate. Good organization, collective kitchen and shaded patio for eating, comfortable bed. The place is beautiful, in a former convent, hence the tranquility of the place.

Hostel very well located in a cloister in the center of the city. But for the rental price we could be provided with a towel or the minimum of hygiene.

Quiet space with peaceful and warm decor. The rooms are arranged to have intimate spaces. The staff is very welcoming and the place is safe.

There is no chair or table in the bedroom

The hostel staff could not find the reservation I had made via the AuberDeJeunesse.com website. The hostel was then full and could not find me a place. We spent two at the reception to find a solution and free up a bed...

A very nice place, with a wonderful structure. The others residents and the personnal were very sympatic. I recomand that choice !!! PS : If the staff read this message, please when you will have the money and the time grow up the system of fridge because it s often too full.

The place is unique and well located but the rest really leaves something to be desired. No air conditioning so you are literally dying of hot, very dirty to the point of feeling every crumb under your feet... and on top of that, a cooker and a fridge that barely works.

Do not expect quality service from the managers, however, it's cheap, that's the big advantage!

We have had a very bad experience. We have booked a 6 bed room… we are traveling with kids. The room was not clean: bed not cleaned (still with previous bedsheet), bin not empty, dust and bathroom not cleaned either. The story do not stop there. The second night our group has been divided and splitted in two rooms. Nobody to talk to (just and employee… that cannot or refuse to help). Trying to contact the emergency email etc. No return. I am afraid, I’ll never book again.

A good hostel close to the historic center, which is ideal for walking. The kitchen is large and friendly. We had a room with a private bathroom. Welcome on arrival. It's a minimalist hostel, so you still have to provide the necessary toiletries (towel, shower gel, etc.) even if the hostel offers a kit for money.

I spent 4 nights in the hostel and it was my first time, both in Florence and in a hostel. It turned out to be a really pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to repeat it! This is a very good youth hostel, located near the city center of Florence, in a convent / church (no contact with people from the church, no obligation of belief) The welcome is very warm and the room is clean (cleaned every day). We stayed in a 08 person room, but this was not disturbing, the room being split into 03 small sections (2/4/2). Two bathrooms were present in this room with toilet and shower very clean and functional. Very pleasant stay, I recommend with my eyes closed.
