Everything! This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It's nicer than a lot of hotels I've been to. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were brilliant and our room was lovely.

Great location near Rhine and within walking distance of everything you want to do in Basel. Nice rooms with big windows. Lovely breakfast and tram/bus ticket are included, which is very helpful! Friendly staff, chill vibe.

Our room although very basic was perfectly adequte for our needs, clean, there was no noise from other guests. The breakfast was sufficient and the reception staff were very helpful.

Decent rooms, nothing fancy but it was clean enough. Came with an alright breakfast.

There is an elevator! It is easy to deliver my luggages. it was renovated and . very clean..

Very neutral decoration and friendly staff. Also, although a bit tough to find at first, once you know the way, it is an easy 20minutes walk from the main station. Plus it is surrounded by nature (trees, bird, a river), located in a small, beautiful and quiet valley, which looks like an old and traditionnal small town with buildings and houses seeming to originate from the late medieval ages. Very nice for some tranquil relaxation time.

Very Clean and organised. Good facilities, breakfast., location and the decoration & fitting of the hostel is new & clean, (but it did feel a little "concrete" & impersonal). It's well organised but possibly not somewhere you will make lots of backpacker friends! This is a big hostel and in the typical Youth Hostel style (also catering for groups);

The location and accessibility to the place. Convenient and short walks to some good places around.

The rooms were a nice size. We had 2 parents and 2 adult children in one room. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed eating in the dining room. We had a stream running outside our window which was lovely to fall asleep to.

It was beautiful... lots on windows... really nicely done up. clean. friendly. etc.

Clean, modernly-designed. A bit far from train station, 15 minutes walk. Very basic facilities in room, nearly zero. However, the surroundings are fantastic! Close to the river, woods and lovely neighborhood.
