Warm welcome, with a staff at the disposal of its customers. Clean and maintained rooms and silent corridors. A small terrace for breakfast in the morning or for a drink in the evening very pleasant. In addition, the hostel is located between two subway which makes access to the center easy and fast.

Good location, the dorm was clean. There was a choice in the breakfast. Too bad the bar / lounge of the inn closes so early.

Hostel convenient to visit Lisbon but not suitable for everyone. Noisy dorms, not always clean.

Albergue localizado en zona céntrica de Lisboa, con variados servicios que, por lo que se paga, se me antojan más que suficientes. Desayuno incluido, y con amplia variedad de productos donde elegir. Limpieza aceptable, a veces mejorable. En general, muy recomendable, sobre todo valorando la relación calidad/precio. Un 8/10 le doy.

Très bon accueil, espace très propre, chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute. Deux ascenseurs étroits, mais ça dépanne après des journées de longues marches, ou avec les bagages. Terrasse pour petit-dej très appréciable, un bar avec boissons-nourriture qui ferme relativement tôt en soirée. Ni trop, ni peu. Pour une auberge, le confort n'est ni excessif ni déplaisant : juste ce qu'on demande quand on veut visiter une ville.

Very good

The youth hostel is clean, well located near the metro, showers are clean, there are lockers in the room and all the minimum service needed. Regarding the good price, this is the best deal you can find if you are not looking for luxury hotel

Très bon accueil. Les chambres sont bien équipées (coffres sous les lits) pour les chambres à 8 mais elles restent petites. Le petit déjeuner est relativement copieux (fruits, céréales, petits pains, jambon, fromage, crudités, confiture, nutella............) Un peu de bruit la nuit lorsque les jeunes rentrent. Très bon rapport qualité/prix et près de la station de métro Parque. Je recommande.

Good hostel overall despite the fact that we did not sleep in the same room the first night. Friendliness can be improved.

The rooms were ok. It is close to the metro and supermarket. They have elevators. Lots of sweet pastries for the free breakfast in the morning.

breakfast was gorgeous. normal line up plus, hums,cheeses,some sweat cakes as well. a big, clean towel was provided. a big supermarket is just 1 min.

Staff are really helpful and super friendly. Four bed dorms are spacious and clean. Good common areas. Stable, fast wifi connection. Free breakfast is good. Close to the main bus station.

Clean, with great, helpful and friendly service from all members of staff. Rooms were modern and facilities available were useful; such as the use of the kitchen and acess to wifi/ computers in the chill out rooms. Overall fantastic stay with value for money and would definitely book in to stay here again!

This place was very tidy and clean and puritan in good sense, the furniture looked new. The stuff was well prepared. Perfect stay for a long weekend to discover the city.

Everything. It was totally perfect. The only bad thing is that in not any nice or bar around. So if you want a night out you have to walk until "Barrio Alto" and then come back to the hostel by taxi.
