Clean toilets, hostel very well located (10 min from the metro). Very nice staff & comfortable beds. Secure luggage, only staff have access to it.
Stay Away, I rarely write bad reviews but I can't let anyone spend a night there unannounced. Extremely dirty hostel. The manager, drunk every evening changed the customers each night of room. Everyone therefore had the code of all the rooms and continued to enter them as in a mill so very little security. The manager himself came in without knocking, often even in the middle of the night. Very often we found people sleeping in our bed on returning to the hostel in the evening. Stressed, disorganized staff and dirty and poorly attended hostel.
Great place to stay for a few night at a reasonable price. The place is quite old and would need a good fix me up, but for that price it is okay ! The staff is super nice (especially Rhys) !

I wouldnt think even the homeless could stay in it, as being such a cramped up space. The place is basically tiny rooms converted into dormittory with crammed up bunkbeds and is totally opposite of what you see in their pictures. The whole place had an uncomfortable negative ambience. Unfortunately had did full payment in advance but after seeing the pathetic setup, just escaped from there ASAP!!
My stay went well. Value for money, I recommend the hostel. There are enough bathrooms. The large Pub lounge is available and there is a good internet connection. The establishment is a 7-minute walk from the 11 bus line and a 13-minute walk from the Fulham Broadway stop of the District underground.
Superb welcome, the bed and the roommate was cool. Little toilet / shower & hygiene therefore ... Lunch not too bad or good.
The place is unwelcoming, very dirty, the dormitory looks like a real squat, or 18 people pile up in a tiny room. I do not really recommend for the price, the place is unhygienic, you can not sleep between return trips and snoring ...
The place is dirty, all the room have a very weird disgusting smell, there is just one toilet in a floor with probably 60 beds. Thats understandable due to the price. What I really dislike is the pub downstairs. Some nights I would dine in my room because there would be 20 absolutely drunk guys steaming alcohol, fighting about football or talking about "the girl with massive boobs that suck their dicks". The lounge for the hostel guests has very old forniture, horrible couches and a shy fridge and microwave that compose the whole 'kitchen'. Location isnt great either. So if you can afford a bit more, I wouldnt recommend you to go here.
I found that the hostel did not necessarily correspond to what I expected. The style is a bit rustic and dated. The private room in which I was with my cousin consisted of a bunk bed and the sink that was there, the water did not flow. In terms of the cleanliness of bathrooms and showers it was not great. However, the staff was nice. Nevertheless, the value for money was interesting since we came to shop and we were always outside and we just go back to drop our things and sleep. I think we should still review the equipment because one of the two showers did not work.
Sorry ! Bug bed horrible night
This hostel is one of the cheapest in London and we understand why. No equipment in the kitchen except a microwave and fridge always full. The "common" room is tiny. People are constantly in a mess. Everyone looks at each other as a dog of bankruptcy. The staff is almost pleasant. As for the building it is very old and not at all maintained. Our rooms were small and uncomfortable. The beds do not smell very good. When you are in the second step the choice to go to the first to find a shower. Showers and toilets are dirty. People are really disrespectful! In short there is a bar on the ground floor which can be seen as an advantage or a disadvantage when trying to sleep and as drunk people scream under your window in single glazing or screaming in the corridors.
The receptionnist are very kind and nice Viktor notably very welcoming. Excellent journey!!! The next time I will book this hostel again. Since I left I miss it.
Yes, Antony was a great host he dis recommanded good places and alway much friendly
The most memorable was the sympathy of the staff AND the little Dej UNLIMITED for only 2 pounds!
This establishment has a special atmosphere, a warm place where you are really immersed in the heart of an English bar with undeniable charm. Admittedly, the establishment is not brand new but is still maintained! The night-shift young guy was particulary nice! Thank you Queen Elizabeth Pub team
Fortunately the staff is very friendly (Anthony) to put a little sun in this establishment. Special mention to managers of this establishment who are neither welcoming nor understanding.
The boys of the staff are very good: very welcoming and helpful, especially Joe, a Neapolitan boy who, with absolute sincerity. he is the true soul of the hostel. Go and see that it is as I say. Except the manager of the hostel who treated me poorly, the rest was fine.
Friendly hostel with very friendly staff.
Room not clean, I found a dirty underclothes behind the bed. The heater only worked for one day or it was very cold. For breakfast, the cereal boxes are full of grime, the dishes are half done. The only good thing is the staff is friendly and available. I think you can find much better for the same price!
I love the treatment of employees, they are very attentive and helpful, other friendly, but the hostel itself has poor facilities and little cleaning, the bathrooms are very bad.
I booked 4months in advance and paid a pittance for a week for 2. In the hostel is at the height of the price, I would not have liked to pay more than 35-40 € the week by nobody for the place. The staff is quite nice but do not wait for very warm welcome! Same for questions, it will take the front and ask. The shower is very very scary! But she's pretty clean, she's just worn out. I oense that a good stroke of paint (more neat than now) would do good at this place. There is a breakfast service for £ 2! We eat at will (but it will not hesitate to ask for products that would not come out ..) If not the place is suitable for roof on the head. Do not expect a miracle when you pay 70 € The week for 2! Great location in passing, you can visit a very beautiful suburb of London, the metro to the hostel.
The workers are very friendly, the breakfast is great For 2 pounds you have what you want, although more dirty and poorly maintained rooms and the disgusting shower gets stuck and well connected to the subway
for a short stay i love this place i will have more people come here
Chambre dans l ensemble propre seul point négatif les salles de bain pas très hygienique.
The hostel is quite dirty, the owners are very rude. They told me when I arrived that the price on the website is wrong and I had to pay £ 12 instead of £ 7. I had to choose between sleeping outside or paying more. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this hostel
Correct hostel for its price, friendly staff, efficient, welcoming and available. The beds were comfortable, the room clean. The hostel deserves a little refreshment, a few brushstrokes and some small amenities. The cleaning is done. Well equipped kitchen and good breakfast. The left of the travelers present (that day anyway) leaves him to be desired; garbage next to the trash in the bathroom, in the kitchen; waste not thrown on the tables and tables not washed, window of the bathroom never open (humidity stagnant hello) etc ... if everyone was attentive the common areas will be better and this may relieve d 'a weight the employees. Nice general atmosphere, other travelers too, ditto for the customers of the pub. Good experience despite the small negative points mentioned, good value for money, I will definitely return if I return to London.
Good value for money
Very good hostel
Perfect Hostel
Cheap hostel for young people tolerant to cleanliness
The first impression is the most important and it decided for my good opinion. The girl at the front desk (Velta) is very nice and with a smile on her face told me all about the hostel, showed me a room and all facilities. I stayed in a cheapest dorm room (15 beds), but I felt very convinient with comfortable linen and quiet guests. Most of them were using that room only for sleep puproses what I really liked and because of that I was more sure none of my wothless belongings could be stolen. The hostel offers lockers, but you've got to have your own padlock (if you don't want to overprice for the ones they offer). Ground floor (the bar) is nicely adorned, part for hostel guests is clearly separated from public area, the hostel itself is a quite place, I felt safe there. Staff were very helpful when I wanted to reach certain places, there not only gave me directions but also were happy to show me on their computer the map with actual place's localization. What I loved the most in the hostel was localization. It is just 30 minutes walk from my job, that's why I so much regret I couldn't stay there longer than two weeks. They have plenty of showers in a very good condition, I never had to wait in a queue. There's many guests in the hostel so sometimes the floors are wet, but the staff are doing their best to keep it clean and tidy. They deserve some kind of award of cleanliness ;) There is no real kitchen in that hostel but they have kettle and microwave oven so you can make your porridge for the breakfast and maybe sandwiches for the lunch. I wish they could have a toaster for everyday use, because bread in UK is a crap to be honest (even wholemeal is not a wholemeal bread). If you're too lazy to buy cereals and milk you can use buffet for 1.50 gbp which is not that bad if you have money to spend. They have not only bunch of cereals but also toasts with cheese or jam but of course no eggs :( (why not boil them in the kettle? hehehe). Okay, enough of it. For me this hostel is great and I trulely recommend it to y'all. I spent there very nice time and if it would be possible I'd stay there longer. Great people, great localization and comfortable, soft and warm linen. Keep it up guys! Jesteście kochani!
nothing.

The staff was amazing!
Perfect for young people
Great youth hostel !!!
Great London moment
Very nice place
The position is great, the price is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and helpfull. The common area is a pub at the first floor, with a small kitchen and many tables and sofas to relax on. In the 6 beds rooms there are two triple bunk beds, a solution that leave more free space in the room than other hostels with regular bunk beds. Lockers are in the room.
Excellent value for money, nice atmosphere, clean room, good location near the Underground.
There was a bar just downstairs and the guys running at are really friendly.
Very friendly staff, cosy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect location very close to the city centre.
Cheap, good location
Well, not too far from central london.
I've stayed in many hostels over the years travelling and rate this the best for customer service and general positive vibes, super central and the bedding was fresh and clean along with the rest of the property. The staff are super friendly and most people i have met here have extended their stay.
Enjoyed my stay. The bed and the facilities were comfortable for the price paid. I would recommend this place.
Great staff and super friendly atmosphere. The hostel was a little far off from city center but only a 10 minute walk away from the underground train statoin. It was great to do sightseeing for a day, come back, and have a couple of beers in the bar area of the hostel.
I felt safe and slept well. I got what I paid for. Not expensive hostel.
Very bad
The Breakfast was cheap and good; cereals, bread for toast and vegemite spread! bananas and juice/coffee/tea. Quiet place. Staff helped with my suitcase up the stairs :)
The price is right for a place in west london.
Cleanliness and good value for money

Staff were really nice and friendly
Price is great for what you get. Has a good vibe with common area being combined with public bar. Mattresses very comfortable and rooms very quiet. Great for sleeping. Also location is in a quiet part of London but close to cute little street of shops. Awesome Starbucks near by. And close to public transport to get to centre on London.
