The hostel operates a 14-nights maximum stay policy, returning guests are free to rebook after a 6-weeks period.
When booking individual beds, we will always attempt to allocate grouped beds together in the same dorm. However, on particularly busy days this may not always be possible. If needed please contact your hostel to confirm your rooming.

Excellent location, beautiful area, comfortable and clean rooms, always smiling helpful staff, decent breakfast. With a group of 18 students it was the perfect place to stay.
Hostel is really good located, lots of shops and food places nearby hostel. Two tube stations next to hostel, also bus stops are in the same street or next street. Breakfast was nice, they refill all the time if something is missing on the table and chocolate spread was really good (nutella maybe, not sure). Place is quite clean and staff was nice, we didn`t have any problems. My friend and I were in 15 bed dorm and it is a bit crowded but still you have bathroom in it and bed is okay (and you didn´t come there to be all day in room so it is good room). We didn´t have any problems with stealing or similary (and we didn´t use lockers).

Location, Attractive property
It's close to Oxford street, underground station and Hyde park. Shops are near. Nice price for one week. I liked everything about Smart Hyde park inn hostel.
HOSTEL WELL POSITIONED BUT COMPRESSED

The location was really good and staff were brilliant; always friendly, helpful and available. The atmosphere was good and the decor of the hostel was vibrant. I was also pleased to have a good nights restful sleep. I thought because it was a Friday night it would be really noisy but thankfully after midnight it was really quiet. That was important to me as I had a business conference the next morning.
I really like the place. The team from the reception was very kind. The room was not bad, there was a balcony, a sink, a fan and automatic deodorizer. I was in a dormitory of 12people. The kitchen was very clean but there was not enough place in the fridge to put in your food. I went in other hostel who was more expensive and the property was not as good as this one. You can go by walk to Oxford Circus (20min)... The location is perfect and "safe". I used to come back around 3-4am and I didn't have any trouble. I will definitely recommend it too you.

I stayed here because we had been let down on a previous booking. it was clean, cheap and did what I wanted it to do.
They clean the rooms every day and it's a good value for money. The location close to Bayswater makes this property a good choice. Moreover there are many restaurants and shops where to buy anything you need.
There was a good enviroment, some people was nice and the staff was very attentive.
