Woodstock Hostel Montmartre

A perfect hostel for travelers or even for people just passing through or like me, a tourist who wanted to visit Paris absolutely !!

- Cold welcome, not even a smile - Incessant beeping in the room - All night long music from I don't know where ... impossible to close my eyes. - No shutters so we sleep under the light of the lampposts. - scratching after sleeping in the sheets. Otherwise the hostel is well located ... and the toilets are superbly clean! Nothing to say about it.

nice hostel, friendly staff

a shame because the hostel is very well located but really too noisy especially when you occupy a room on the 1st floor (slamming doors of rooms, toilets, shower ... sound of footsteps on the wooden stairs, squeaking chairs in the morning at breakfast ...). it would be enough to put felt under the feet of the chairs, carpet on the stairs and placards on the stairs and on the bearing recall reminding people that they should not make noise from a certain time.

I really liked it. The staff was very friendly, and I had everything I needed during my stay. I would have liked that if there were large lockers for luggage and that they will place people with a lot of luggage on the first or second floor, not in the room how was my case (counting the reception as the first floor), since it was difficult to climb and get off with all the bags and bags

Everything was fine except the lack of air conditioning which resulted in the need to open the windows which is problematic for noise neighborhood

I highly recommend this hostel because there is nothing wrong with everything is great to spend 1 to several nights in Paris! You will not be disappointed ! And little more the atmosphere is very trendy with the decor and the setting of this inn.

Very nice setting with staff who have always been listening. Location that suited me and allowed to discover the area of Montmartre. Proposal of very comfortable breakfast for staggered schedules, and comfort of the correct rooms.

Simple and cool hostel, where the staff is friendly and the services satisfactory. 2 small disadvantages: no closet in the room and no air conditioning in case of hot weather. But it's secondary next to a very convenient location in Paris.

Top hostel! The staff are welcoming and very friendly. I had a lovely time and would absolutely hesitate to return to this hostel.

For one night it's enough but not more

Cette Auberge de Jeuness est un lieu idéal pour une halte proche de Montmartre, le quartier regorge d´addresses très sympathiques pour se restaurer, commerces tout à proximité. Petit-déjeuner compris, bon et copieux. Reviendrai. Cdt.

Great location, top reception. The rooms are good and the cleanliness of the toilets as well as the showers that are collective are remarkable ...

for a stay of 2 days and in mild weather, accommodation is ok (room overlooking an uncovered courtyard, and access to the toilet and shower outside). A little more non-ruinous comfort would be welcome. The people who take care of the reception are ok and speak at least 3 languages. The boss watches over breakfast (1 croissant and 1 piece of bread per person). Provide a larger (grocery store) if you like lunch. Some hostel offers more. Interesting geographical location and central.

This place is perfect! Valerie is very sweet and helps run the hostel just as you’d want: cozy common space, warm showers, great location for wandering around Paris, and comfortable beds and dorm rooms. Also, I had two really wonderful nights bonding with other people at the hostel, and wandering around together during the day.

Good stay, very good reception, good room. I'll be back
