Clean, secure, the staff is friendly and helpful. All that is missing is an automatic system to be able to check in if everything is paid and reserved without going through the physical reception. I waited 1h30 with 20 people in front of me, or 5 minutes per person to check in. Some had not indicated their passport, others had payment problems, but in my case and that of others, everything had been registered and paid. In 2024, there should be a system where you rescan your passport, it is recognized and the access card is issued by a machine! Your staff could be more available to help foreigners with questions, and not waste time scanning passports and other administrative tasks.
Hello, sad deterioration of the hostel, leaking taps and toilets everywhere, "first shame". Second major problem: you don't do waste sorting. NO SELECTIVE SORTING OF WASTE AND HUGE FOOD WASTE - large group of young foreigners threw themselves on croissants and orange juice, only to throw half of them, AMID THE MESS OF PLASTICS. SHAMEFUL / waste and zero sorting. I recommended Christopher' inn 5 years ago, not anymore. Sorry Make an effort

I couldn't find the link to cancel my reservation. It said free cancellation on the site but from my phone, impossible. I can't say at the moment if this hostel is nice but I'm allowing myself this comment so that others may have in mind that it's complicated to cancel. All in all it looked good on the site
Formal and respectful welcome, efficient assistance
Very good experience to share. Location and quality of service.
I came with my best friend who was the first time in France. We came across this youth hostel by chance and we were more than happy. The position of the hostel was that perfect. We are not far from the Gare du Nord and we are super central. The Sacre Coeur was just a 10 minute walk away and we even walked the distance to the Eiffel Tower and back to the hostel. Besides, the staff was super nice and I felt welcome at every moment of my stay. It was only the cleanliness that bothered me at times as there were the bathrooms which were a bit bad at times and the showers were way too hot. But apart from that we were very happy and we would come back.
Responsive and available team. Very well thought-out welcome for people passing through for a night or a few days with a maximum of on-site services (bar, catering, lockers, laundromat, breakfast, water fountain) Its location (close to 2 train stations and metro stations) is ideal.
Very convenient location. Interesting neighborhood. The hostel is very well located and busy. Good services. The downside: the showers. Cold despite my remarks at reception.
A little too much noise
A well-located hostel, easy to access, good value for money, good atmosphere, pleasant staff

Given the fairly low booking prices, I hadn't expected much (rather the worst that could happen) when booking this accommodation very unexpectedly, and I had a very pleasant surprise: The establishment was quite clean (it's not Buckingham Palace, obviously, but it shows that everything is very regularly cleaned) and with several doors to open using my card before accessing my room, I felt both safe even in a neighborhood near the train station. The bed was good, the location excellent for discovering Paris – except that when you go there, remember to bring your own padlock to lock your closet!
The hostel is very very well located: 2min from the Gare du Nord and it has an adjoining bar which allows you to go out in complete safety. On the other hand, the bathrooms on the 3rd floor were really dirty and the water did not drain at all. Several groups of people were screaming in the hallways without the staff picking them up, which can really be disturbing. Otherwise good value for money, the beds were comfortable and the sheets clean.
Hyper-secure premises with unwelcoming security guards, dehumanized reception, hassle-free paying locker, smelly toilets, no shared kitchen, very noisy night due to roommates...
Nice atmosphere in this youth hostel where the welcome is friendly and the information precise and clear. Very inter-generational and intercontinental spirit. Rest and restorative sleep in a mixed dormitory for 10 people, whose berths with mattresses that are both flexible and supportive, allow you to isolate yourself thanks to the privacy curtain. Well stocked bar. To recommend.
it's young and it's clean!
The cleanliness of the hostel is top, But the windows are not soundproof. Next time I'll ask for class.
good
I'm really happy with my stay with you, the young hosts are really nice. Thank you very much.
Great meetings and great atmosphere. Right next to Gare du Nord (1 min walk). No complaints. I went there for the Japan Expo and it was extremely practical: just to get up 30 minutes before the RER line B which went there and it was good, the same for the return with the bulky things where I had no long journey to make between the station and the hostel.
It was great, the reception is very good, the atmosphere in the dormitory was cool, the bar is nice and the service is fast. Only negative point: a cold water failure on Saturday morning so impossible to take a shower but this was resolved in the afternoon.
Good reception, correct service compared to the price. pity that the people who prepare the rooms do not pay attention to the state of the duvets. We had a duvet in very very poor condition. Everything was resolved thanks to the person at the night reception who was available and efficient.
Catastrophic. Noisy environment due to the cafe next to the hostel, music until late at night, noise of drunk people in the street. window that does not close which accentuates the noise. No socket that works in the room And behavior in embarrassment of other occupants (turning on the light in the middle of the night, talking loudly, telephone making noise in the middle of the night). Never again. I recently did a hostel in a small village in the south of France. empathetic staff. Absolute calm. The day and the night.
This hostel is good for a one night stay. A shower and toilet area that can be improved in terms of cleanliness.
The hostel was very well positioned, reasonably priced and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, I didn't like the common area at all. It's cold, only two outlets, nothing like a kitchen and no internet connection.
I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ADD
Own
Very well located, this hostel is very large! Lockers are provided to store personal belongings, you have to bring a padlock for those who wish. At the foot of the hostel, there is one of the best bars in Paris to watch sports matches. We recommend +++
Good location next to everything very close to the 2 stations very convenient when you have trains early in the morning.
Love it
It was a good stay, but on the bed I found a dirty bedspread and someone else's belongings- It was a good stay, but the bed had a stained sheet, and someone else's belongings in the room.
Excellent
A magical stay. The hostel and clean, the welcome is good and the customers are very respectful of each other./A magical stay. The hostel and clean the reception is good and the customers are very respectful of each other.
Perfect. Clean, secure, well located.
The hostel is well located, well organized. The reception is nice. I loved the decor. We sleep well there. Special mention for the curtains on the beds, it is very good to be able to sleep even when others turn on the light. - The hostel is well located, well organized. The reception is nice. If you like the bunch of mistreated pigs sliced in the morning with new age music supposedly soft in the morning and sport on big screens, without sound, would be too much! the cheap spread and the lack of cover from 8:30 am ... If you like music that makes boom boom until 1am without being able to escape it (it reasons in the rooms, sleeping in the showers, maybe ???) after 1h the human waste will go to bed, in case you have managed to fall asleep, well, you will be awake ... If you like to be greeted by a vigil in the musical skyrock version and receptionists that you can't hear because of that damn sound, receptionists who work here as in any factory (here or elsewhere, don't care as long as I have my check ...) The only positive point is 2 sockets per bed and it's clean. In short, if all that does not make you flee, you are a modern Bidochons and I can do nothing for you!
I could not spend the night with you because I reserved two beds, one for my son who is 13 years old, in a communal room. We have arrived. later. The gentleman at reception explained to me that we cannot sleep in a communal room - and there was not a private room. It will be very good if your booking system could be clearer in this regard.
The hostel is really well located easy to find
Short stay but like the other times I congratulate the staff for their warm welcome. The rooms for several are spacious, well organized and everyone's sleep is well respected. The very rich breakfast begins a busy day when you are in Paris: so many places to (re) visit! The proximity to the Gare du Nord makes traveling around Paris easier (even during strikes !!!) See you later!
I had a good night in this place. Well located for me, close to my professional activities. I had a single room. Clean. Little more, the kettle and coffee-tea and cookies; very pleasant.
Party in the evening, but we are in a youth hostel.
No one speaks French while one is in Paris and the reception is not understandable he does not want to know anything
Stay one night and get up early so not too benefited from the atmosphere but it is very nice, the welcome is smiling and accommodating the roommates were discreet. I think I'll come back.
When the price of a weekend night in a room of 4 reaches 38 € while, you see studios on Airbnb at 48 € per night .... 10 € difference only. For me nothing justifies to pay this rate there weekend (besides why increase) I traveled for 3 months in Australia hostel, I have never seen that. First of all, having breakfast included does not interest me because of what you offer at breakfast (it should not be more than 1 € per person). Two on your reservation we do not see how to book a dormitory room only female. As a girl, I go to the hostel, but I want to be able to sleep feeling safe. I fell into a room with a stuffed man who woke me up in the middle so I could help him because he was too sick. Conclusion for me this experience in hostel was really disappointing in every way.
I found myself very well but I had no doubt having been there last year too
Disadvantages: breakfast served too late 07:30. I left at 6:00 am so
Way
the beds are top, the breakfast too. on the other hand I found the night noisy (lack of respect of other people and bar). I recommend.
I only slept one night. hostel especially for young people, or so take a single room. Very nice home. very satisfied
perfect staff
Home very warm, staff TOP SOURIANT, COMPREHENSIVE, APPLIQUE !!! a good atmosphere, an incomparable cleanliness, cassiers big enough, security guaranteed! In the center of Paris between Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est you can reach all of them quickly! I can only recommend very strongly !!!
I made a first booking for a whole week because I did not know exactly when I was going to have to stay in Paris, counting on the fact that I will be able to modify the booking later to stick to my real needs. Although I received a confirmation email from the site, ensuring that the change has been taken into account, arriving at the hostel I am told that I have no reservation and moreover that the hotel is complete! My reservation was simply canceled. So to avoid finding yourself in my embarrassment, it is better to be able to get in touch directly with the establishment in question.
This youth hostel is better located than I thought. Being close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, it is very easy to use public transport. It is also possible to walk to the Louvre and the most touristic places of the city. It's a perfect place for young people in their twenties. The atmosphere is very friendly. The rooms are very modern with everything you need. There is no air conditioning and our fan was broken, so it was very hot in our room on the 6th floor.
The rooms are quiet. The premises are clean and the beds comfortable. The toilets are jujste a bit difficult to find.
if you have light sleep that can disturb, but it works for a few days
Clean hostel, but install plugs in the bathrooms and target your client so that it is not disturbed by the bar music and travelers who want to party (having to get up every day at 6am for my studies ). Finally, the obligation to speak English to understand most of the personelle which is rather surprising in Paris.
Hostel very well located (5 minutes walk from Paris-Nord station), very friendly staff (the young woman I had at the reception at the check-in did not hesitate to put me in the same room as the person who accompanied me while we had not booked at the same time). The deposit service is great (we can put our luggage in locked lockers!). Room and shared bathroom clean (only downside for the showers, everything is on the floor, suddenly, the soil is soaked once you're done taking a shower). Breakfast rather complete. I will not hesitate to come back during a future stay in Paris.
Great atmosphere, we feel welcome, although I stayed one night, I spent a good evening and meet great people. Showers clean, hot water. Free WIFI. Only downside, the showers are a bit far from the room. Otherwise good value for money.
The hostel is close to the Gare du Nord. The staff is very welcoming, kind, pleasant. The rooms are clean, well appointed. The hostel is very very big, but the premises are niquels! The water in the shower is hot. There are possibilities to leave his things in a locker, even after one has returned his keys. The breakfast is plentiful and not expensive! Great hostel! Thanks to the staff!
