St Christopher's Inn, Hammersmith

The positive points: the hostel is well served by public transport, access to the center is direct and practical. The area is pleasant and the Thames is very close. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The negative points: the common space provided is reduced to a minimum. A high shelf and 3 stools on a landing, and a very small room, almost a corridor, with a high shelf and 3 stools. Enough to work with a laptop, nothing more. 1 microwave and a water fountain. No refrigerator, no armchairs, no table, no dishes, not even a glass or a cup. No place to sit or cook food. I had a picnic on a step on the stairs. For breakfast: the coffee machine was broken. Not possible to drink hot. There was a water cut which lasted for hours despite the good will of the staff.

Nice structure with a superb bar for breakfast.

The kitchen area is small, but the curtains make really private spaces for the beds.

Very unpleasant smell in the "kitchen" and the chilling room. Very insufficient kitchen space. Impossible to sleep with the bar downstairs and the continuous snoring.

Everything is perfect on the other hand dormitories being placed above a bar / box should not be a light sleeper.

Very good hostel with a super nice and smiling staff.

I spent a very good stay at this hostel, it only mows shelves for the top beds and a multipurpose room to meet. There is the bar but I find it too noisy!

chambre privée avec deux lits chères mais relativement tranquille. pas toujours facile d"avoir accès à la salle de bain commune. déjeuner très simple et si vous réservé en ligne sur le site du St-Christopher il sera gratuit. pour ceux qui se couchent tard, animation au bar.

The hostel is located at 2 metro stations so very convenient to the center. Very clean, clean done in our collective dorms that we had booked for our group, every day. Breakfast very good for the price.

Il n'y a absolument aucine raison de réserver dans cette auberge jeunesse puisqu'il ne possède aucuns atouts: loin du centre-ville, mal propre, aucun endroit pour relaxer mis a part le bar ou il faut absolument consommer pour rester.

This is a nice hostel with lots of shower rooms on each floor. If you want to have a good night's sleep bring earplugs as the bar downstairs can get noisy at times but you wouldn't mind having a beer or two during your stay. Easy to go anywhere.

Arguably, St Christopher's Inn chain of hostel has the best location. Easy to find close to the metro, shops and bus stop nearby. There's also a bar downstairs that provides discounts to guests at the hostel
