Location is really amazing and near to everything you need in Madrid

The common areas are fine, but the rooms seem improvised. In relation price quality is fine! The staff is super friendly and fun!

It has an excellent bar on the rooftop and the location is more than convenient to know the heart of Madrid

The staff at The Hat, all ell @ s, is great. The terrace, located on the 5th floor, is a pass, and also organizes workshops, outings, and excursions. Cleanliness 10, Breakfast 10, Perfect location.

Staff was extremely helpful with finding cheap places to eat and drink. They speak English and Spanish. The location was Perfect. There were nightly activities provided by the hostel.

Staff were very friendly. It was very clean. Location was great, right in the heart of Madrid. I didn't have breakfast as it wasn't included but it looked good. The bar on the roof was cute.
