A disaster of a hostel at an exorbitant price.

In the photos it looked like a normal hostel, expensive for what it was, but hey, you're in Rome. However, when you arrive you realise to what extent they take advantage of this situation, since as soon as we entered we saw that the glass of the door was broken and they had put strips of tape in its place. They advertise that they have a kitchen, but it's nothing more than a microwave and a tiny fridge for all of us who are there. Very disappointing in this regard. Also, they don't care at all who or how the lockers are used, so many times you'll find that the one that corresponds to you is occupied and you have to get one on another floor. We had to carry our backpack for half a day because there weren't even any left. The cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired. In our room there were half-rotten clothes next to the bed, and they have bedbugs. The only thing that saves this place is the girl who attends the reception, who although she can't do much, at least she solves it. It's a really desperate option, not at all recommended.

Excellent address

Dormitory for 6/women. Friendly welcome, clean and close to the station. Good bedding, efficient fans for the heat and clean bathroom with window.

6.6 Good
Suitable accommodation

Hostel located 15 minutes walk from the train station and the Coliseum, and 5 minutes from the metro. The building, with a pleasant shaded terrace, is charming and the hosts are attentive to your needs. The dormitory is a little cramped, and the bunk beds do not provide great comfort for those placed below. The shower has little flow and rarely hot water, while you have to go through the bathroom to reach the toilet.
