Great hostel. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The premises are very clean, and everything is available. There is even a roof top !!!! I highly recommend
Very good experience, the premises are clean and modern, there is air conditioning in the rooms, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The roof terrace is really top! Good location also with buses and a supermarket next door. I recommend !
Hello, I stayed at your place from 23 to 26 May 2019. During my check-in, your bank terminal had a problem after making my bank code. No ticket has come out of the machine. The employee took a second bank terminal and made me redo my bank code to charge my nights. Today after checking my bank accounts, I am charged 2 times of all my nights !! I have alerted you to these two samples by mail already several times, you still do not respond to this day!
Very disappointed with this hostel, not for the hostel itself but for management. I called 3 days before to cancel due to an impediment and unable to follow up on my request. So I had to pay the 50 euros without staying there.
Very good atmosphere and attention, especially Ana and Miriam, two aunts very good people, workers who are always in the hostel. Greetings from London by Nacho el Chileno. I hope they open the third floor soon to dry my towel up haha
Modern facilities, reliable wifi connection, tastefully decorated. Affordable breakfast options.
Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, sockets, really nice lounging areas. A bit far from the city center.
