Nice family friendly atmosphere
Parking and front common area.
All staff members were friendly.
The natural context in which it is inserted greatly reflects the character of the city. It is quite clean and full of services and showers on the floor, although a little inconvenient from a functional point of view. Very nice the outdoor terrace outside and the common glazed area, where in the evening there was live music. Not too central to the city which is still within walking distance along the river.

Gardens and benches to sit outside, and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way for guests.

Space of the accommodation
Felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Staff were friendly and fun! Location was only a mile and half from the city centre which was about a pleasant 15 minute walk along the banks of the river

The bedroom was really spacious. It has lockers big enough to leave all your things. It's better if you bring your own padlock. Common areas are very nice and for £5 you get an excellent breakfast.
The location is great, not too central but in easy walking distance of the centre. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the staff are very helpful.
