Location and facilities.
easy assess to shops - good position re other areas value for money
Everything, nice, clean, very friendly staff, the fantastic pool for a last minute dip, supermarket next door, booths for excursion gulf Orosei next door too.
It is a quiet and pleasant place. Small pool, but open 24 hours and very quiet. Mind you, it's not an aparthotel, there's no room service, not even a bar ... but right next to it there's one ...
