Comfortable bed and a lovely cozy room that had everything we needed.
Kate is an excellent host, the bed, the furnishings and cleanliness are exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable.
The decoration, the love with which Kate looks, takes care of all the details. The ease of access to the room. Village with many shops if you do not go on a holiday, ideal to go to Hobbiton.
