Stuff was very helpful, elderly men at the reception was very nice and very welcoming. Stuff provided us with extra bed for the baby, that was really good, thank to the hotel for that.

The hotel lobby was spacious and cozy, the breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable and in it Amos Oz wrote one of his books. Room 18 is great!
