Convenient location for 1-night stay....

Helpful staff cannot speak English but eventually you can get your message across. Close to Okayama station, 6 mins walk. Coin operated laundry. Close to Renaiss Hall where a favorite jazz band was ...

The location near the canal and park with trees was enjoyable to walk around the neighborhood. There were many restaurants and bars nearby.
