Can’t find a terrible hotel...

I traveled several countries and booked a lot of hotels, but I have never seen a hotel terrible like this. I don’t care too much about the facilities, even I can hear noisy clearly from other rooms, ...

The room is large and modern, as is the bathroom (toiletries provided). The apartment is only a short walk from La Spezia station. The staff were friendly and helpful when checking in.
