Cosy hotel with fantastic service

From the minute we arrived the service was fantastic. We arrived late and the owner/manager came out to meet us to find out if we wanted dinner before the kitchen closed which was great because ...

All the food! Lovely staff,location and views. Plenty of tea/ coffee etc in the room. Extra pillows.

Appalling hotel

Very little. In fact, nothing. But the staff tried very hard to remedy the situation, being held back by an absent owner who seemed unresponsive to their concerns.
