The crew are very helpful and polite! The room view was amazing, the restaurant is fantastic. The localization is the greatest point of the hotel!
The staff was amazing, specially Chloe, she came running in the snow, grabbed luggage and helped me in detail on how to get to parking, and then handled the check-in so well... hats off!!!
