I found it a very comfortable hotel to spend a couple of nights in Bacalar. The cleanliness was very good and the attention was very personalized.
The hotel is very cozy, the staff is very nice, Dion attended us great and is a very good person, the hotel has towels for the beach and the stay is very pleasant.
It was well located, beautiful and clean. It has a refrigerator for common use to use at the reception. The staff very attentive. They offer you water.
