The whole experience was great. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean dorm, toilets and showers, a good breakfast, peaceful as a nice distance away from the centre of the village. Nothing not to like.

Good attention and location
Discount on the cable car to the lake and free transportation within Kandersteg. Very friendly staff, and very quiet hotel. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price for Switzerland.
