Everything else! The receptionist was quite pretty! The room quite clean and warm, 10 min walk to the tube taking you in town centre, airport nearby.

They gave us an expired picnic breakfast. They did not provide us with a 6 seater taxi reservation. For the rest, good location and quiet place to spend the night between flight and flight.
