The mattress was slanted, the pillows were deflated, the heating was on but it was too hot and we didnt get instructions on how to lower it. Our room was in the basement and the windows were not reducing the sound at all. The room was okay for the price and the location. The staff was also very nice, if you are a person who is used to hostels you would probably like it.

8.4 Great
At the top, great location

Functional room with a little storage, it still lacks a small table, ideal location in the middle of Manhattan!

7.0 Very good
Really good hostel for a small budget!

The hostel is really good, it’s good value for money. The rooms and common areas are clean, as are the showers and toilets! The main thing of offering dormitories and rooms for 2 people is great too! But, here are the downsides: - the window in our room did not open, and knowing that we did not necessarily have time to air out during the day since we were not there, after a week, the smell in the room became very unpleasant. - In the kitchens, they only offer plastic cutlery for eating. So if you want to cut carrots for example, good luck! On the other hand, what’s great is that the hostel is in a great location! 20 minutes from Times Square by transport, 15/20 minutes from Tribeca and Soho, the same to go to Central Park. Its location allows you to do and visit many emblematic places quickly, since it is nearby.
