When we arrive, the receptionist charges us a much higher amount than the one booked on your site. We dispute. The receptionist and the manager say they do not know you and have not received a deposit for this reservation and that the prices you offer are fanciful and do not match their reality. So the balance does not correspond at all to the reservation. However, they have 2 reservations in our name but no deposit. For us the story is not very understandable and we are suspicious, because in the end we are left with a plus to pay € 570. We told ourselves: it's a scam, and for a beginning of stay it does not put us in confidence. But what to do ? It was 9pm and we were accompanied by 4 children exhausted by the trip, at least we still had a roof. Today, we are still in doubt, because between the down payment, the deposit and the final payment, it remains confused, and that deserves explanation. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Property - looks great, fun. Food - good. Location - close to subway, and walking distance to sites. Room - clean, cozy. Rooftop bar - awesome! I'll be coming back soon.

Spacious enough room, and nice. Cool environment - very artsy. Great bar and restaurant. I'd give a 11/10 for the value.
