We took a trip to Ha Long with Central Backpackers, so we just needed a quick night before we moved on from Hanoi, so this did just fine.

Good value for money. It has a rooftop bar and the pieces are comfortable with lockers. We booked a tour with the Hostel to Halong bay very good too!
