Hostel 94

We paid for the hostel with breakfast included, but this never happened.

The hostel partially met our expectations regarding prices, however it would require a minimum of cleanliness, heating and comfort. We did not have breakfast offered. Service from Andrew was very pleasant and he helped us navigate. The cleaning team simply empties the bins and "cleans" part of the floor, forgetting the shower, toilets and bedrooms. We didn't use the kitchen, for fear of finding little bug-type comrades there. Not recommended in winter.

The room condition was not good needs improvement. just Ok to stay a night.

Problem: no access to a computer and printer to edit flight tickets

For € 10 it was fine, but in my case, the bathroom was very dirty and small. The kitchen was a bit old. The desire is comfortable but the cushions should be changed.

I love this hostel so I stayed here again on a second holiday in Malta. Being just a block from the Sliema waterfront promenade and bathing holes is a major benefit. Also the rooms have great atmosphere with traditional balconies and tiled floors, plus sturdy bunk beds and spacious lockers. The staff work hard to accommodate guests - thanks also for being bicycle friendly ! Only drawback is the tight kitchen space but I never had a problem cooking my daily pasta meals.

Hostel was in the middle of Sliema, close to the beach which was nice except the hostel is situated above a pretty loud street. There are lockers available and there was a kitchen, which was okay. The hostel was clean except the bed and sheets had some hair on them. The shower head could not be attached. The hostel was pretty okay. Lacked a little bit of atmosphere for my taste.
