Not satisfying

The sofa at the entry was pretty comfortable.

the lights in the room is automatic, as soon as it sense someone moves-it's on(even 2,4,6am) it's stupid! coz everyone has a light on top of each bed anyway!

Sylvabelle is located very nice, close to vieux port, metro station, bus stations which was very virtual.

Location excellent, near the metro station, and not far away from the vieux port

They accidentally only booked one bed for us instead of two but they were incredibly nice about it and actually gave us our own private room to make up for it (we were going to stay in the 16 bed room before). Before that though we did see the 16 bed room and it was very nice and sanctioned off so it was practically like four different rooms with four beds each and then two bathrooms, one for women and one for men. The staff was very friendly and it was a very cool hostel. However, I think it's pretty far away from things. Only a twenty minute walk from the train station though.

clean rooms, clean beds. Each guest had their own lockers so that made it feel very safe.

The location is good for the old port and easy to find

Wonderful hostel! Very clean, comfortable, close to everything, had great staff, big free lockers and a nice common room with tables, couches, a TV (they have fifa on all the time), a fridge and microwave. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

Location was ok.

The rooms were really nicely presented and clean, the wifi was good and the staff were helpful. It was in a pretty good area and with in walking distance from most major sites.

Beds were reasonably comfortable. Location at walkable distance from the train station and from the port.

It was close to the old port
