I was able to spend 4 days in this hostel. It is rather well located, close to Mount Royal and the Plateau district, the city center of Montreal can be reached on foot. However, the staff is not very welcoming and does not speak French, it is not always very clean (I think I was given already used sheets). It's very, very hot in the girls' room and it was complicated to have a closed locker. The rooms are not large but enough to find your space. Big positive point; There is a pretty decent free breakfast with eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, fruit etc.
