There was no one at the hotel when I arrived and one of the local people called the guy from the hotel and he came after 15 min.

Airco works very well. All extra facilities: small kitchen with fridge, washing machine etc. Owner is helpful when you arrive. In the morning I saw nobody. I just left. Location is in a quiet area...
