Unbeatable location. Very attentive staff Service to leave the suitcases (consignment) without paying. Comfortable futons and room with views of the city.

The room was just nice for a solo traveller. I also like the tea pot and cups in the room. Very appropriate for Kyoto.
The staffs are so helpful and super friendly. The bathroom is compact but soooo clean! The AC worked well during the cold winter and the location is perfect, near the Kyoto Station.

Very clean, well located near the station, and very good service from the staff (especially Elma).

The excellent and warm attention of Elma (hostess). Very good location, a few meters from Kyoto station. Although very tiny, the room was beautifully decorated and clean.
