Good location with access to parking (with permit) conditions are moderate, leans towards backpackers.
Mixed dorms is just not ideal, schedule privacy guidelines needs to be established, roommates watching videos without headphones at 3-5am is quite rude.

the rooms ask to be a little more laid out. a coat rack or a shelf. and the improved breakfast (only waffles / pancakes / coffee and tea.) A small juice would be a plus.

Not very safe, loss of personal property stolen or lost
They opened my locker containing my luggage in my absence pretending to redo the painting. I lost business and the staff did not care when it was their fault to flee
