Free wifi, although it was due to a problem with the password that it was free. Normally you probably need to pay for it..

Cleanliness of the place and friendly staff.
Its a nice spot for the Queenstownarea, near the City Centre and a good view on the Lake. Its a low price for the Area with very good and clean facilitys.
Has everything you need in a hoste. Best kitchen I have used in my time in New Zealand. Beds aren't a that creaky and noisy compared to some.

nice staff, good value for money
internet is very expensive, the place seems to have so many rules, vibe was okay. having to pay for wifi, day by day, at a backpackers sucks. most of the staff seemed bored an uninterested and were'nt so friendly. didn't even get a by when I left and said goodbye myself?!
The room was warm, the bathrooms were very clean, the views were fantastic, the kitchens were well equipped, the staff were helpful, the location is great for travellers who don't want to be in the noisy centre. I liked being able to buy essential food items from the reception staff and the little seating areas were really cosy!
Facilities were great. Huge kitchen, TV room and social areas, clean bathrooms with hot showers and free hairdryer. Good location about 10 mins walk to the centre. Opposite the lake with great views. Good heating.

Very large kitchens, plenty of car park overspill spaces available on the off road parking.

the price is very reasonable, the view is great ouside the hostel.
Friendly staff, close but not too close to town so quiet, clean and the staff were able to make lots of recommendations. I liked being able to buy bits and pieces for breakfast etc.
