Hotel Minerva & Nettuno

Hotel located 5 minutes from the station. Outdated style and decor but overall clean, despite a mosquito squashed on the wall in my room. The welcome is cordial and obliging. Downside: no bathroom on the first floor. At the height of what one would expect from a 1 star.

The place was very good, with a fairly spacious and clean room.

Super welcome, possibility to keep your customers on you, you are in perfect autonomy, the hotel has its charm and we are close to all possible means of transport for the return to the car park or to go to the various monuments. Walk. 20 minutes from san marco square

Really not satisfied with my stay: the hotel is made up of 2 buildings, the building in which I was staying deserves a major renovation. In the outbuildings, the paint is peeling, the stone stair steps are broken. In the room, the humidity was present and there was mold on the walls, the bed leaned, there was a sink that was leaking and from which only a small trickle of water flowed. For the WC / shower on the landing, there was no hot water, I reported but the repair obviously did not work. The window overlooked the street, with single glazing, I felt like I was outside while being in my room.... On the other hand, everything was very clean and at the reception they spoke French which is pleasant.

Very nice manager! Large and beautiful room, excellent value for money. Watch out for mosquitoes in summer :)
